Connected Hearts is for women in their mid-40s, 50s, and early 60s who are navigating all the beautiful, complicated, and surprising shifts midlife can bring – from changing relationships and evolving careers to rediscovering passions and reimagining what’s possible.

But more important than age is attitude. This is a space for women who are kind, curious, and open – to new people, fresh perspectives, and meaningful experiences. If you bring warmth, a willingness to be real, and a desire for deeper relationships, you’ll fit right in.
