  1. EVENT REGISTRATION AND TICKETING

A. Event Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about our events, all event details, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, featured activities, and pricing, are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify event details at any time.

B. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets except as required by law or as specifically provided in the description of an individual event.

C. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferable at our discretion. Please contact us regarding our transfer policy for specific events.

D. Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered attendees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events for any reason. In case of cancellation, our liability is limited to the refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you in relation to a canceled event.

  1. COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting a contact form on this Site, registering for an event, or signing up for coaching services, and by providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Funderful Experiences LLC including phone calls, emails, and SMS text messages.

SMS messages sent by Funderful Experiences LLC may include event confirmations and reminders, coaching session updates, community announcements, responses to inquiries submitted through our website, and follow-up communications regarding our services.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your personal information.

Funderful Experiences LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.

Our SMS communications are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  1. CODE OF CONDUCT

By attending our events, you agree to treat all attendees, staff, and venue personnel with respect; comply with all venue rules and regulations; refrain from engaging in disruptive, threatening, or harassing behavior; not bring prohibited items to events; and not engage in illegal activities.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event who violates this code of conduct without refund.

  1. USER CONTENT

When you submit, post, or share content through our Services (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

You understand and acknowledge that attendance at social events involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending our events, whether known or unknown.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
