    Welcome to Funderful Experiences LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.funderfulexperiences.com and our social event curation services (collectively, the “Services”).

    By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

    When account functionality becomes available, you may be required to register for an account to access certain features of our Services.   4. EVENT REGISTRATION AND TICKETING

    A. Event Information

    While we strive to provide accurate information about our events, all event details, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, featured activities, and pricing, are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify event details at any time.

    B. Ticket Purchases

    All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets except as required by law or as specifically provided in the description of an individual event.

    C. Ticket Transfers

    Tickets may be transferable at our discretion. Please contact us regarding our transfer policy for specific events.

    D. Event Cancellation

    In the event of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered attendees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events for any reason. In case of cancellation, our liability is limited to the refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you in relation to a canceled event.

  5. CODE OF CONDUCT

    By attending our events, you agree to:

    • Treat all attendees, staff, and venue personnel with respect
    • Comply with all venue rules and regulations
    • Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or harassing behavior
    • Not bring prohibited items to events
    • Not engage in illegal activities

    We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event who violates this code of conduct without refund.

  6. USER CONTENT

    When you submit, post, or share content through our Services (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content.

    You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    You understand and acknowledge that attendance at social events involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending our events, whether known or unknown.

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

  11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
