Here’s How to Experience Connected Hearts

Connected Hearts warmly welcomes women who may be a wonderful fit for membership. By submitting the Guest Pass Request Form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

This guest policy offers a clear, simple way to visit and experience our community while protecting the intimate, trusting atmosphere our members cherish.

How to Join Us as a Guest:

Registered Guest (Self-Pay) – Purchase a single-gathering pass and come experience the community for yourself. You’re responsible for following our Guest Code of Conduct during your visit.

One-Gathering Limit

Each woman may attend a maximum of one (1) gathering in her lifetime as a guest – whether you visit as a self-pay guest, or attend using a member’s guest pass.

After one visit, we invite you to become a member to continue participating.

Former members: If your membership has previously ended, guest passes and single-gathering visits aren’t available. We’d love to welcome you back as a full member anytime.

Why We Have This Limit

Connected Hearts is built on trust, vulnerability, and genuine connection. Knowing that everyone in the circle is committed to membership helps conversations go deeper and keeps our gatherings intimate rather than feeling like a revolving door.

Registration for each gathering closes one week before the event date so we can plan seating and refreshments.

To attend, your guest pass payment must be completed no later than seven (7) days before the gathering.

Guest passes are offered on a space-available basis and reviewed in the order received. Space is limited, and current members have priority.

Only guests who have submitted the Guest Pass Request Form, received an approval email, and completed payment will be admitted.

  • An authentic experience of a full gathering – this isn’t a sales pitch or a watered-down version
  • Meaningful conversation and the chance to meet like-minded women
  • An opportunity to see if Connected Hearts feels like the right fit for you
  • No pressure – just genuine community and connection

 

Important Details

  • Payment: Guest fee is due after approval and upon receipt of our payment link. Your seat is reserved only once payment is received.
  • Community fit: We may decline attendance if we feel someone isn’t a good match for the Connected Hearts culture.
  • Pre-registration required: Guests who are not pre-registered cannot be admitted.
  • Guidelines: All guests must abide by our Guest Code of Conduct and respect the Connected Hearts Promise.

 

Program Materials & Media

The activities, methods, and materials you’ll experience are the intellectual property of Funderful Experiences. Please enjoy them for your personal growth only and do not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Recording audio, taking photos, or filming during the gathering is not permitted unless we give prior approval.

Privacy & Use of Images

Your contact information will be used solely to manage your guest visit and communicate about Connected Hearts events. We may take group photos or short video clips during gatherings for marketing purposes. We will never identify you by name without your consent.

 

Participation & Assumption of Risk

Our gatherings can be emotionally enriching and may occasionally bring up strong feelings or ask you to step outside your comfort zone. By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and agree not to hold Funderful Experiences or its facilitators liable for any physical or emotional effects of your participation.
