Real Talk
Over the years, I’ve become increasingly curious about why we do what we do, how we relate to other people and what makes life feel richer.
These essays reflect some of the ideas that have shaped the way I think about relationships and life. I write about friendship, connection and how we show up with other people, but also about choice, confidence, authenticity, resilience, fun and what happens when we realize something that once fit us may not fit anymore.
Some of these perspectives have come from my professional work. Others have come from my own relationships, experiences, mistakes and moments that made me stop and reconsider something I thought I knew.
Real Talk is where I share what I’ve learned so far, knowing I’m still learning right along with everyone else.
