Respectful Participation

  • Use kind and encouraging language when speaking with members and other guests
  • Listen actively when others are sharing their experiences
  • Avoid interrupting or dominating conversations
  • Respect different viewpoints and life experiences

Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Maintain confidentiality about personal stories shared by members and other guests
  • Respect others’ privacy and avoid sharing details about their lives outside the group
  • Keep what’s shared in Connected Hearts within Connected Hearts
  • Respect the confidentiality of any business or professional discussions that naturally arise during the gathering

Open and Inclusive Engagement

  • Participate in discussions and activities in a way that welcomes everyone
  • Be mindful of making space for all voices, especially our members who help create this special community
  • Ask questions and share authentically while being considerate of the group dynamic

Respectful Boundaries

  • While we encourage genuine connection, remember that this gathering is primarily for community building and personal growth
  • Our gatherings are not intended for business promotion. Feel free to share resources only when invited or if relevant to the conversation
  • Keep romantic or family drama outside the group dynamic
  • Please refrain from discussing matters relating to religion or politics
  • Focus on the present experience and getting to know our amazing community

Positive Energy

  • Contribute to the supportive atmosphere we’ve created
  • Approach any challenges with grace and maturity
  • Focus on connection and growth rather than complaints or negativity

WHAT DOESN’T FIT OUR COMMUNITY

While we embrace authenticity and real conversations, certain behaviors don’t align with our mission to create a safe, supportive space:

  • Disrespectful or aggressive communication toward members, other guests, or staff
  • Gossiping or sharing personal stories or confidential information about members or other participants
  • Discriminatory language or behavior based on race, religion, sexual orientation, political views, or any other personal characteristics
  • Disruptive behavior that prevents others from enjoying the experience
  • Excessive negativity that consistently brings down the group’s energy
  • Inappropriate use of alcohol or substances before or during the gathering
  • Behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome
